Barrows is looking for a highly creative and strategic Art Director to join our team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This role will support shopper marketing and commerce-focused creative work across leading consumer brands.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, can lead strong visual storytelling from concept through execution, and has deep experience developing work for retail and commerce channels.

What We're Looking For

• 8-10 years of agency and/or design experience
• Strong shopper marketing / commerce experience required
• CPG experience preferred
• Ability to concept and execute across integrated retail and shopper campaigns
• Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and move quickly
• Willing to work EST hours

Compensation

Annualized salary range: $94,000-$110,000 USD, prorated across the 3-month contract term based on experience.
