This remote role is ideal for an attorney licensed in Florida who is ready to step into active commercial litigation matters and deliver high-quality, strategic advocacy for our clients.You'll handle all stages of litigation, collaborate with our team on strategy, and help drive cases forward efficiently. This is a flexible contract opportunity with potential for ongoing work based on performance and availability.What You'll DoServe as counsel on a range of complex commercial litigation mattersStep into active cases and manage key aspects, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, negotiations, and hearingsDevelop and execute effective case strategies in collaboration with firm leadershipProvide clear, practical, business-minded legal advice to clientsMaintain high standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and client serviceCommunicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and courtsWho You AreLicensed to practice law in Florida (NY admission a plus)Demonstrated experience in business/commercial litigation requiredInsurance defense and/or personal injury litigation experience is a plus but not requiredCorporate transactional experience is also a plus but not requiredComfortable managing active cases and deadlines independently in a remote environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and reliableCommitted to delivering strategic, client-focused solutionsWhy Join UsAt PLG, you'll be part of a team that values clear communication, accountability, and professionalism.
