Contract Business Intelligence Specialist

Urgent need for a BI Specialist to start immediately.

• This is a contract position on W2 (until the end of Jan of 2027)
• 100% on site in Irvine
• Hourly Rate is up to 40/hour on W2
• Global ERP project is going live soon, the team is getting ready for production stage and making sure migration is smooth, We are looking for someone who is system oriented, and good reporting skills; hoping someone who is savvy in building reports in SAS and good SQL knowledge and familiar with Dashboard.
• SAS is what they are using, need to be familiar with large system implementations, ERP implementation, and testing process, need help with UAT and around the application to make sure the system is working for business needs.
• Need to be good with SQL, complex join between multiple datasets, aggregation, etc.
• Strong Power BI skills so knowing how to build dashboards and manipulate data

Key responsibilities include:
* Support the Global ERP (Parts) implementation, including functional UAT, data validation, reporting development, and overall business requirement readiness.
* Parts Systems performance oversight.
* Ad-hoc and periodic data requests fulfilment to ensure Parts KPI performance tracking.

Required Skills:
* Strong understanding of ERP concepts and end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including UAT and cutover readiness. Ability to validate system functionality against business requirements, ensure data accuracy, and resolve defects efficiently.
* Analytical & Ad-hoc Reporting Support - Ability to intake, prioritize, and fulfill ad-hoc data and reporting requests in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
* Solid understanding of database systems and data warehousing concepts with experience using BI tools and accessing multiple and disparate data sources for analysis. Advanced SQL proficiency.
