Job Requirements

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Certifications Requirements:

• Valid CNA license for the state of Texas.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) certification preferred.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of psychiatric CNA experience.
• Proven experience working with psychiatric patient populations.
• Experience in a hospital or psychiatric facility setting.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to verify CNA license via the Texas Tulip system.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and nights.
• Physical ability to assist patients with mobility and daily activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to psychiatric patients, ensuring safety and comfort.
