Connected Health is partnering with a well-established skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Sioux Rapids, Iowa, to hire compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a 13-week travel contract.

Position Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Location: Wall Lake, IA
• Setting: Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care
• Shifts Available: Evening and Night shifts
• Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Follow care plans and facility protocols

Requirements:

• Active CNA certification (Iowa or compact state preferred)
• Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and professional
