Contract Clerk – Automotive Dealership (Multi-Store Group) Location: Santa Clarita, CA

Ghreiwati Auto Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Clerk to join our growing team. We are a multi-franchise dealership group looking for an organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Location: Santa Clarita, CA

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle sales contracts accurately and efficiently.
• Review deal jackets for completeness and compliance.
• Verify all required documentation prior to funding.
• Submit contracts to lenders and follow up on funding status.
• Work closely with the Finance, Sales, Accounting, and DMV departments.
• Maintain organized deal files and ensure timely processing.
• Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership contract clerk experience is preferred.
• Experience with CDK and Advent is preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
