LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Finance Attorney for a remote contract position with a confidential client. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic legal team and contribute to significant commercial finance transactions.
Responsibilities:
Provide legal counsel and support on a wide range of commercial finance transactions, including asset-based lending, secured transactions, and syndicated loans.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex financial agreements, including loan agreements, security agreements, and intercreditor agreements.
Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for commercial finance transactions.
Advise clients on compliance with federal and state regulations related to commercial finance.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of finance transactions.
Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to commercial finance.
Stay current with changes in commercial finance laws and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date legal advice.
Manage and resolve any legal issues or disputes that arise during the course of finance transactions.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active bar membership in good standing.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial finance attorney, with a focus on asset-based lending and secured transactions.
Strong understanding of commercial finance laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Experience working in a remote environment is preferred.

Pay Details: $70.00 to $100.00 per hour
