Tampa, Florida | Contract Opportunity
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Contract Commercial Litigation Attorney for opportunities with respected law firms and corporate legal departments throughout the Tampa area. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys who excel in a fast-paced environment and have experience handling complex business disputes, motion practice, discovery, and developing effective litigation strategies.
Responsibilities
Manage commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and case assessments
Handle all phases of discovery, including document review, written discovery, and deposition preparation
Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, regulations, and case law
Attend hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders
Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit and witness coordination
Review and analyze contracts, financial records, and other business documents relevant to litigation matters
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active Florida Bar license in good standing
2+ years of commercial litigation experience
Experience handling business disputes, breach of contract claims, and other complex commercial litigation matters
Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Federal court experience is a plus

Pay Details: $75.00 to $85.00 per hour
