Here are the details:

Position: Compliance Analyst I (Contract Compliance Analyst)

Location: 1 Sun Life Park, Wellesley Hills, MA

Duration: 3 Months (Extension/FTE possible based on business needs)

Start Date: August 24, 2026

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite 2 days/week)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week (Flexible hours available)

Rate: $29-33/hour

Description of Role and Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance Program Support
  • Support the U.S. Compliance team with day-to-day program activities, including tracking, documentation, follow-ups, and status updates related to 2026 compliance initiatives.
  • Assist in maintaining the Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) lifecycle, including compliance records, inventories, issue logs, action plans, and supporting evidence.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare compliance materials, summaries, meeting notes, reports, and presentations for compliance leadership and project stakeholders.
  • Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and alignment with established procedures.
  • Support updates to regulatory documentation, training materials, and program artifacts.
  • Stakeholder Coordination
  • Coordinate with internal business partners and stakeholders to collect information, validate updates, and support timely completion of compliance deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication and follow-up efforts to ensure project milestones and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Process Improvement & Compliance Operations
  • Assist in documenting procedures, mapping processes, identifying gaps, and organizing compliance artifacts.
  • Support regulatory change management activities, including tracking new regulations and assisting with implementation efforts.
  • Contribute to compliance program enhancements and operational improvements.
  • AI & Technology Enablement
  • Leverage AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to improve documentation quality, streamline workflows, and support data analysis.
  • Utilize Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) systems for compliance management activities and evidence tracking.
  • Assist with administrative maintenance of compliance systems and repositories.
  • Confidentiality & Professionalism
  • Handle sensitive regulatory and business information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Adhere to compliance standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.

Must-Haves:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience utilizing AI tools (Copilot preferred) for documentation, analysis, and workflow efficiency.
  • Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms.
  • Understanding of regulatory change management processes.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance fundamentals within a regulated environment.
  • 1-3 years of regulatory compliance, risk, governance, or change management experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Archer GRC experience.
  • Experience with ServiceNow GRC, OneTrust, or similar compliance management platforms.
  • Project management or project coordination experience.
  • Process mapping and documentation experience.
  • Experience supporting Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) programs.

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • Strong candidates with relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Interview Process:

  • Two interviews with Hiring Manager
