Job Description:
As an Associate Contract Coordinator, you will assist with negotiations, contract documents, and legal/regulatory proceedings. You'll be responsible for reviewing contractual agreements, generating outgoing contracts, and maintaining accurate records. You'll also work closely with maintenance specialists, technicians, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of work scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead contract administration activities and assist in legal and regulatory compliance.
- Manage contract execution processes, including amendments and negotiations.
- Coordinate and track incoming and outgoing documents.
- Develop and implement complex execution plans with supervisors and contract teams.
- Ensure safety in all aspects and provide feedback during meetings.
Requirements:
- Designation as a paralegal or a relevant college degree.
- 0 - 5 years of experience in contract negotiation and execution.
- Ability to work long hours in possible adverse weather conditions.
- High attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Preferences:
- Experience in financial trading institution transactions.
- At least 1 year of coordination or scheduling experience.
- Technical knowledge of power plant equipment.
- Skilled in resolving technical issues, including unplanned scope.
