CBH Homes, Idaho’s number one home builder, is seeking a Contracts Coordinator to rock the Contracts Department. You must have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, be detail oriented and highly organized. Real estate, escrow, and/or lending experience preferred. In this position you’ll be processing all contracts after acceptance, program data entry, creating change orders, and corresponding with other team members regarding transactions.

What you’ll do:
- Processing all contracts after acceptance, Earnest Money, Loan Commitments, Sold change orders to CMs
- Program data entry (SalesForce, BuilderTrend, DotLoop)
- Assist with Brokerage and DotLoop audits
- Mylar audits
Requirements
Real estate, escrow, new construction, and/or lending experience preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position.
