Role Summary We're seeking an experienced customer/trade marketing contractor to provide interim coverage for our Director of Customer Marketing during a parental leave. This is a hands‑on, execution‑heavy role responsible for keeping trade marketing, point‑of‑sale (POS), shopper campaigns, and branded‑merchandise programs running smoothly across our portfolio of beer brands.Contract Term: 5.5 months + Contract Start Date: July12026 (preferred); Full‑time schedule; Rate: $65‑100 per hour (depending on experience).Key Responsibilities Own day‑to‑day execution of trade marketing and shopper/customer marketing programs across the brand portfolio.Manage POS and merchandising production end‑to‑end – pole toppers, case stackers/risers, tap stickers, displays, and related retail assets – from brief through design, proofing, and delivery.Serve as primary point of contact for external production, procurement, and fulfillment vendors (e.g., sourcing/print partners and the POS ordering/warehousing platform); track timelines, resolve quality and delivery issues, and hold vendors accountable to SLAs.Oversee branded‑merchandise and e‑commerce fulfillment programs (Shopify‑based brand stores), including order accuracy and issue resolution.Coordinate production of partnership and event merchandise (e.g., league and club partnership assets, seasonal/event merch orders) against firm deadlines.Partner with brand managers and sales to ensure programs land at retail and support distribution and volume objectives.Manage the trade marketing budget, POS ordering, and related invoicing/PO processes.Provide direction and support to direct reports during the coverage period (see below).Required Qualifications 6+ years in trade marketing, customer/shopper marketing, or retail/POS marketing, ideally in beverage, CPG, or a distributor/three‑tier environment.Proven experience managing print/POS production and external vendors and agencies from brief to delivery.Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple concurrent programs and tight deadlines.Comfortable managing budgets, POs, and vendor invoicing.Excellent cross‑functional communicator who can partner with brand, sales, and creative stakeholders.Able to onboard quickly and operate independently in a fast‑paced environment.Preferred Qualifications Experience in beer/alcohol beverage and familiarity with the three‑tier distribution model.Familiarity with POS procurement/ordering platforms (e.g., Boelter), shopper campaign agencies and Shopify‑based merch fulfillment.Experience managing or mentoring a small team.Working knowledge of syndicated retail data (e.g., Circana/IRI) and distribution metrics.Team The role oversees a small team during the coverage period: Trade Marketing Manager – Trade & POS Merchandising Marketing Coordinator.Equal Opportunity & Accommodations Tilray welcomes applications from all qualified individuals and is committed to employment equity and diversity in the workplace.Accommodations are available for applicants with disabilities throughout the recruitment process.#J-18808-Ljbffr
