Job Requirements

  • Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Service Management, or a related field.
  • Certifications Requirements: Dietary Certification (e.g., Certified Dietary Manager (CDM)), ServSafe Food Handler Certification, and Healthcare Management Certification.
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience in a dietary or food service setting.
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work in a hospital environment, strong leadership and communication skills, physical ability to stand for extended periods, and proficiency in hospital EMR systems.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and supervision to dietary staff, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement nutritional plans tailored to patient needs.
