Job Requirements

Education Requirements:

• Valid Minnesota RN license

Certifications Requirements:

• AHA BLS Certification (required)
• CPR Certification (preferred)
• ACLS Certification (desired)

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of geriatric nursing experience
• At least 2 years in a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility
• Previous Manager, Lead, or DON experience strongly preferred

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including occasional weekends and holidays
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency with Matrix EMR system preferred

Job Responsibilities
