This detail-oriented role verifies information, reviews contracts and follows up on outstanding issues. The variety of routine tasks are related to ensuring compliance is met with state laws and regulations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Validates that documents provided by field locations to support compliance with state law and Company policies and procedures are accurate using Company based system.
  • Interprets and evaluates documentation to verify information on all new contracts and/or service and merchandise deliveries or cancellations is completed with accuracy and consistency.
  • Demonstrates quick response to document inquiries and directs locations with clear instructions on incomplete or missing documents.
  • Follows up on outstanding items to obtain resolution. Research availability of other potential documents when necessary.
  • Maintains professional and cooperative relationships with all field locations and/or insurance companies/banking institutions.

Minimum Requirements

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

  • At least two (2) years of business office experience specializing in using/supporting business systems, preferably in a corporate environment.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to learn to apply theory to real world business.
  • Meets deadlines and produces accurate and thorough work.
  • Well organized and ability to prioritize high traffic emails and workload.
  • Proficient with PC software such as Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to express ideas clearly and effectively in both written and oral communications.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.

  • Work indoors during all seasons and weather conditions
  • Comply with Corporate dress code policy

  • Sitting continuously for many hours per day, up to 6 hours per day
  • May climb stairs to access buildings frequently

  • Physical effort requiring manual dexterity is required, includes paperwork, calculators, computers and phone usage

  • Working beyond "standard" hours as the need arises
  • Work a hybrid schedule consisting of 50% of every two weeks
