Job Details

We are seeking a Contract Executive Admin to join our team. This role is a unique blend of administrative, project management, and consulting responsibilities, making it an exciting opportunity to leverage your diverse skill set. You will have the chance to work closely with our executive team, providing critical support and contributing to our overall success.

Responsibilities:

As a Consulting Contract Executive Admin, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Providing comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and events, arranging travel, and handling expense reports.
2. Drafting, editing, and formatting contracts, proposals, reports, and other business documents.
3. Liaising between the executive team and various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
4. Coordinating and managing special projects as assigned, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
5. Assisting in the preparation of presentations and reports using advanced Excel functions.
6. Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in an executive administration or project coordination role.
2. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, and complex formulas.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organization.
4. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
5. At least 1 year of financial services industry experience
6. A high level of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
7. A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions before problems arise.
8. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
