Our client, a global organization in a period of significant growth and transformation, is seeking an experienced HR Manager or Senior HRBP to support a confidential, high-priority project. This is a hands-on, embedded role for an HR leader who can partner closely with senior leaders, keep accelerated initiatives moving, and help shape organizational outcomes. You will report directly to the VP of HR and join a collaborative team that needs additional capacity and will invest in getting you up to speed quickly.
The pace is fast and the hours can be long at times. The ideal candidate is independent, solutions-oriented, and comfortable moving between tactical and strategic work throughout the day.

Make recommendations on HR initiatives, program changes, and cost-effective strategies
Partner with cross-functional teams and Centers of Excellence (talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee development)
Qualifications
10+ years of HR experience, with a strong HRBP background
Working knowledge of Colorado employment law (required), plus state and federal HR regulations

Solid grounding in employee relations, compensation, HRIS, benefits, and organizational development
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education and experience
Manufacturing or operations experience is a plus but not required
