Contract HR/Payroll Specialist

Join a growing team where your HR and payroll expertise will make an immediate impact. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary HR Specialist to support payroll, onboarding, and employee administration in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

-Process payroll accurately and on schedule while tracking and reconciling employee hours.
-Coordinate new hire onboarding, hiring activities, and maintain accurate employee records.
-Manage employee time and attendance systems, including Face ID enrollment and troubleshooting.
-Respond to employee questions regarding payroll, timekeeping, and HR-related matters.



Required Skills & Experience

-Previous payroll processing experience required; experience with ADP Run is a plus.
-Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish preferred) with strong interpersonal abilities.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and the ability to maintain accurate employee records.
-Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills & Experience

-Experience with timekeeping or biometric attendance systems.
-Previous experience supporting HR administration, recruiting, or employee onboarding.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00-25.00 per hour (based on experience)
