Contract Litigation Attorney (Oregon Bar) | 100% Remote

Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a nationally recognized civil litigation law firm seeking licensed Contract Attorneys to support its growing litigation practice. With offices across the Midwest and Pacific Northwest, the firm represents clients in a broad range of civil defense, insurance, commercial, employment, and product liability matters. Compensation: $45-$75/hour

Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis in support of active litigation matters
• Draft motions, pleadings, memoranda, and other litigation-related documents
• Assist with written discovery, discovery responses, and factual investigations
• Prepare case summaries, legal analyses, and written recommendations for supervising attorneys
