The Contract Logistics Quality Specialist will provide valuable assistance to the Quality Manager with ongoing GXP regulatory compliance responsibilities, including conducting training sessions, performing thorough process audits, managing document control, and supporting the completion of TIP activities. As an integral member of the quality team, you will actively contribute to various compliance-related matters, support client process audits for both inbound and outbound shipments, and assist with internal training and compliance initiatives. This includes facilitating onboarding programs as well as organizing and delivering recurring training sessions for all associates to ensure continuous adherence to quality standards. You will be scheduled to work Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each day, with an hourly wage of $20.00. Payments for your work will be processed and made on a weekly basis.

How you create impact

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Compliance-related inquiries from internal employees and management, guiding them to the appropriate support resources
  • Coordinate with DCM and LQM to acquire all required documents and information needed to successfully complete tasks
  • Facilitation of Training and New Employee Orientation in collaboration with the Operations Manager and/or Quality Manager
  • Maintain exemplary documentation practices consistently throughout the facility
  • Manage GXP training records to guarantee that training matrices remain current and precise
  • Develop a comprehensive training plan for current associates to guarantee regular and ongoing skill development
  • Facilitate retraining initiatives to ensure successful completion of CAPA
  • Monitor training progress to ensure all training and retraining deadlines are consistently met
  • Provide support and coordination for tasks and activities related to meetings, presentations, and training sessions as required
  • Engage actively in program projects and contribute to the development and implementation of training initiatives
  • Conduct inspections and audits as necessary to ensure compliance and quality standards are met
  • Facilitate client-specific order audits to guarantee the accuracy of each order
  • Ensure Consistent Compliance with Documentation Standards
  • Support Management with the Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA) program (TIP) by ensuring comprehensive and effective performance of Root Cause Analysis
  • Support the maintenance of calibration records, temperature control reports, and equipment for both KN and customer assets
  • Deliver high-quality guidance and support to local employees

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification

External Candidates:

  • Preferred qualifications include at least two years of experience in a regulatory environment
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or logistics industry a plus

Internal Candidates:

  • Familiarity with KN's QSHE policies, guidelines, and work instructions
  • ACON user
  • Prior experience in a GXP-regulated environment is highly desirable
