Would you like to launch your career with one of the most successful logistics organizations worldwide? Here at Kuehne+Nagel, our Memphis, TN location is looking for a new IT Local Super User to join our Contract Logistics team.

How you create impact

The IT LOCAL SUPER USERis crucial role in conducting all aspects of our client's assigned business project portfolio and our internal policies and procedures.The Super User Contract Logistics is in principle responsible for the Kuehne+Nagel Contact Logistics Information Systems (WMS, TMS, KN LOGIN, etc). The job role encompasses operational and first-level support, user trainings, set-up of new customers, further developments and enhancements, release coordination, tender support and interaction with the national/regional CL Information Systems Team and other relevant counterparts. The ERP being implemented is an Oracle WMS Cloud based system. (Log fire and LN ). The role of the Super User is a developing role, and as skills grow, the Super User shall be able to learn and develop more him/herself.

Development of SOP's for WMS integrated part together with Project Manager
Configuration, design and mapping with the support of Project Manager
Configuration and testing of WMS for standard local implementations
Coordination and execution of EDI Mapping between Kuehne+Nagel & Customer
Solution testing with customer (facing) and site
You will conduct error analysis, recovery and trouble shooting in coordination with national / regional team and/or other relevant counterparts
You will be responsible for preparation and follow up of open issue list
Conduct audits to insure the users are properly and effectively operating the system, SOP monitoring
Software- and release testing in coordination with Regional team
Observing and maintaining data quality
User perception management
Coordination of testing, SME training, work instruction creation or edits, and other training materials
Help end users review and define any new systemic requirements and align them with the current operational processes

Continuous Improvement Requirement:

The right Candidate will have a continuous improvement mindset and a tendency towards 5S in the workplace

What we would like you to bring

2+ years experience in Contract Logistics / 3PL / Distribution Centre / Pharma Cold Chain Warehouse environment
2+ years management experience in high volume, fast paced distribution center / warehouse environment
Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Must have the ability to coach and mentor staff
