How you create impact
Reporting to the Contract Logistics Site Manager, you will lead and support a warehouse team while coordinating daily operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe execution of all assigned activities. This position operates Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM-8:30 PM, with flexibility required based on customer and business needs. As a 3PL provider, we rely on strong leadership and a customer-focused mindset to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.

What we would like you to bring
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of recent warehouse operations experience.
Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
At least 3 years of experience working within a GxP, GMP, or other regulated environment.
Minimum 1 year of powered industrial truck (PIT) operation experience, including a valid forklift certification.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control systems.
