Job title: Contract Maintenance Manager Job Summary: The Contract Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the performance of all operations, maintenance, repair, and facility management support tasks and functions. Must be available during normal working hours (currently Monday-Friday, 0730 to 1630), and during non-duty hours for emergencies. Must be available within one hour in situations that require your presence. Whenever the CMM is contacted regarding an emergency situation, the CMM shall immediately provide guidance to contractor personnel and then contact the COR and FM. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: The CMM shall be technically qualified in the field of Healthcare Facilities Management and shall, as a minimum, have three (2) years’ experience in a business occupancy medical facility operations and maintenance and minimum five (5) years’ experience servicing and/or renovating commercial buildings, including supervision of a diversified work force responsible for operations, maintenance and repair of commercial building infrastructure systems. The CMM shall be familiar with the various codes and standards applicable to the O&M tasks covered by the PWS, TJC, NFPA, and EPA, and OSHA codes and standards. The CMM will be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. An American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) and Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) certification for the CMM is desirable. Must possess a valid state driver’s license and insurable driving record. Must possess or be able to obtain a NACI (National Agency Check with Inquiries).
