ACI is a Woman-Owned Small Business professional services provider of engineering and technical services to the United States Government. We seek a Contracts Management Analyst to serve as part of ACI’s Government Programs Team, which supports CPE ISW for IEW&S HQs SETA.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Contracts Management Analyst, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of contracts for a Department of War customer. Additionally, you will be responsible for:
Development, justification, and execution of contracts and acquisition documentation such as Acquisition Requirement Packages, Statements of Work and other program documentation in support of Milestone Decisions and reviews.
Assisting in the development of obligation plans, P&R Forms and Program Objective Memoranda.
Tracking deliverables, CDRLs and Monthly Reports.
Developing supporting briefings.
Coordinate products and taskings across the acquisition process and life cycle phases.
Assist with determining contracting strategy, prepare contracting documents, and coordinate activities with Army Contracting Command.
Participate in source selection boards and conduct technical evaluations.
Participate in product IPTs, test events, test reviews, and product demonstrations.
Assist in providing contract oversight for assigned products.
Lead and oversee preparation of Supply Requests Packages to Defense Logistics Agency and manage transition of products from PM to DLA or Army Sustainment.
Work with contracting personnel to achieve desired contracted outcome.

Due to the sensitive nature of this work, a Department of War security clearance is required. All applicants must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship.
Must possess or have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
High school diploma and 10 years of relevant experience, or
Associates degree and seven years of relevant experience, or
Bachelor's degree in a related field and five (5) years of relevant experience, or
Masters's degree in a related field and no experience
Documented experience in the DoD 5000 acquisition process, supporting the development and implementation of contracts and related acquisition documentation.
Must have knowledge and experience in the application of related laws, regulations, policies, precedents, methods and techniques of federal contracting.
Effective written and oral communication skills are essential. Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
Have the ability to think and act independently in a distributed work situation
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with procurement of materials in support of government contracts
Knowledge and demonstrated skills in GFEBS, DODI 5000.02, and the JCIDS process
