Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily contract operations and provide IT business support.
- Prepare reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data; create presentation materials for management.
- Enter contract financial liabilities into the ATRIUM tool.
- Coordinate contract renewal analysis and financial reviews for IT operations.
- Maintain annual Operational Expense budgets and compile financial status reports.
- Monitor Purchase Orders and resolve issues with vendors regarding invoices and accruals.
- Analyze spending and forecasting for appropriate change controls and escalation reporting.
- Lead meetings to coordinate and document changes to IT contracts.
- Present data to managers and directors to aid in decision-making.
- Develop communications to summarize analyses and discuss recommendations with peers and executives.
- Facilitate problem-solving sessions with diverse teams.
- Collaborate with leaders to ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.
- Work with data management and financial analysis teams to build new tools and reports in Power BI.
- Extract data from SAP for business intelligence reports and dashboards.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- 5 to 8 years of related work experience in contract and financial management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with expert-level skills in Excel.
- Experience in structuring contract agreements and basic financial modeling.
- Ability to present to leadership and develop impactful PowerPoint slides.
- Nice to have: Experience with Power BI and a valid CA driver’s license.
