Contract Management Professional / Contracts Paralegal (In‑House / Hybrid in the Minneapolis Area)Latitude is seeking an experienced Contract Management Professional, Contracts Paralegal, or junior Contracts Attorney to oversee and manage the commercial contracts process for the legal department of a well‑loved Minnesota brand. This is a full‑time interim engagement expected to last approximately 3–4 months, with the potential to convert to a permanent position. The role is hybrid and based in the Minneapolis area.This is an excellent opportunity for a contract management professional with 5+ years of experience who enjoys supporting a busy and collaborative in‑house legal team and is passionate about improving the CLM process. In this role, you will work closely with attorneys and business stakeholders to draft, review, manage, and administer a high volume of commercial agreements while helping ensure an efficient and organized contracting process.Minimum Requirements5–10 years of experience as a contracts paralegal, contract administrator, legal operations professional, or in a similar contracts support roleMust have experience working with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems/tools; experience with HighQ is a plusExperience drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts throughout the contract lifecycleAdvanced computer and technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality workAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and cross‑functional business teamsExperience supporting legal operations or contract administration functions is preferredParalegal education or certification or equivalent legal training; junior attorneys with significant contract management experience are also encouraged to applyPosition DetailsType of role: Engagement (approximately 3–4 months), with potential to convert to a permanent positionSchedule: Full‑TimeLocation: Hybrid in the Minneapolis area; remote candidates also considered for the engagement roleCompensationPay: The annualized pay for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 when calculated on a full‑time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate's preference.Benefits: In addition to pay, all Latitude attorneys and other legal professionals working on contract engagements receive complimentary professional liability insurance coverage.
