We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager / Program Manager to support complex healthcare operations, accreditation initiatives, and public health programs. The successful candidate will work directly with the Privacy Officer, Special Assistant to the President, T2 Chief Operating Officer, and program leadership to ensure all project deliverables are completed within scope, schedule, and regulatory requirements.
This role requires a hands-on leader with demonstrated experience managing projects, delegating responsibilities to junior staff, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting operational excellence within healthcare or public health environments. Experience overseeing regulatory-based policies and procedures research projects, accreditation standards, and healthcare operations is strongly preferred.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to independently manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities Program & Project ManagementThis position may require a combination of administrative, operational, and on-site support responsibilities within healthcare facilities, testing locations, mobile units, and community-based settings. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to evolving operational priorities are essential.
