Job Summary:
Lead a critical contract data and document migration effort within a major integration program. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the entire migration process to ensure accurate transfer of contract information into a new system. This role requires a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on execution in collaboration with legal and procurement departments.Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the comprehensive contract migration process from initiation to completion.
- Create and manage detailed plans, including timelines and interdependencies.
- Conduct data cleansing, mapping, and validation for contract assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define migration needs.
- Implement quality assurance measures and acceptance standards.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience managing large-scale data migrations.
- Expertise in contract lifecycle management projects.
- Strong ability to manage diverse stakeholder expectations.
Experience in M&A integration programs is highly preferred.
