Job Requirements

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certifications in medical laboratory technology preferred.

Certifications Requirements:

• ASCP or AMT certification.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of generalist laboratory experience.
• Strong proficiency in phlebotomy and blood bank procedures.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work night shifts.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow safety protocols.
