Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift
Connected Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join one of our trusted partner facilities in Ishpeming, Michigan. This 140-bed skilled nursing and long-term care facility is committed to delivering exceptional resident care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Position Details:
- Schedule: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM
- Shift: Night Shift
- Hours: 5x8 schedule (40 hours per week)
- Location: Ishpeming, MI
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and established care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as prescribed
- Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions, identifying and reporting changes in status
- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, residents, and families to ensure high-quality care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
- Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff as appropriate
- Respond to resident needs, emergencies, and changes in condition during overnight hours
- Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong assessment, clinical decision-making, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively during night shifts
