Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN) and current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Certifications Requirements: ACLS and BLS.
  • Experience Requirements: 1+ year of recent critical care experience, preferably in ICU, Step-Down, or LTAC settings.

Job Responsibilities

- Provide skilled nursing care to LTAC-level patients, including assessment, intervention, and ongoing monitoring.

- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.

- Maintain safe and effective care for ventilator and critical care patients, following facility protocols and escalating concerns appropriately.

- Document patient care accurately and timely in accordance with facility policy, including vital signs, treatments, response to therapy, and incident reporting.

- Execute shift duties for 3x12 schedules (7-7) in an efficient, patient-focused manner while meeting required staffing and care standards.
