Job Description:
  • Ad Platforms and Data Platforms are seeking a Temporary Contract Operations Resource to support execution of the FY27 Professional Services (ProServe) renewal cycle within the Business Development organization.
  • This role will serve as the central coordinator for Professional Services renewals, managing contract administration, data collection, workflow tracking, status reporting, and stakeholder coordination to ensure agreements are executed accurately and on schedule.
  • The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities across a broad stakeholder group.
  • This role will partner with Engineering, TPMs, Finance, Sourcing, Legal, Portfolio Management, and vendors to drive contract execution while reducing administrative burden on Engineering and Business Development teams, allowing them to remain focused on strategic priorities and roadmap delivery.
Responsibilities:
Contract Administration & Operations
  • Coordinate preparation and review of Professional Services renewal documents
  • Manage intake, tracking, and administration of more than 100 Professional Services agreements, and their associated resources and funding information
  • Maintain contract status reporting and renewal dashboards
  • Identify and escalate risks, blockers, and approval delays
  • Ensure all required documentation is complete and submitted accurately
Data Collection & Validation
  • Collect and validate resource requirements from Engineering, TPMs, and business stakeholders
  • Gather and organize information required for contract creation and approval workflows
  • Track funding allocations, resource assignments, and contract dependencies
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of renewal-related data
Contract Workflow Management
  • Prepare and submit contract requests within the procurement portal
  • Track contracts through review, approval, and signature processes
  • Support stakeholder reviews across Engineering, Finance, Sourcing, Legal, and Portfolio Management teams
  • Monitor progress against key milestones and renewal deadlines
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination for renewal-related communications
  • Partner with vendors to facilitate statement of work development and revisions
  • Schedule and coordinate follow-up activities required to advance contracts through the approval process
  • Communicate status updates, risks, and timelines to leadership and stakeholders.
Reporting & Program Support
  • Develop and maintain renewal status reports and executive summaries
  • Provide visibility into contract progress, outstanding actions, and upcoming milestones
  • Support leadership with reporting and analysis related to Professional Services renewals
  • Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce execution risk.
Experience:
  • Experience supporting contract operations, procurement, vendor management, project coordination, business operations, or related functions
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues
Skillsets:
