As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will provide essential therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Your role will be crucial in helping patients develop and restore functional independence, all while adhering to state and federal regulations and facility guidelines.

• Implement therapy interventions per OT plan of care
• Document patient progress accurately and timely
• Assist with patient and family education
• Communicate patient status to supervising OT
• Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols

Qualifications for this role include:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active state COTA license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong teamwork and patient care skills
