• Education Requirements: Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin or appropriate state licensure
• Certifications Requirements: BLS, ACLS, PALS, CAPA or CPAN certification
• Experience Requirements: Minimum 2 years of PACU experience with Phase I and Phase II recovery
• Other Requirements: Ability to read and interpret cardiac rhythms, manage cardiac infusions, provide discharge instructions, and handle various patient types; excellent teamwork and communication skills; flexibility to float between units as needed

• Interpret cardiac rhythms, manage cardiac medications, and handle cardiac gtts to stabilize patients in recovery.
• Assess patient readiness for discharge, provide discharge instructions, and coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions.
• Assist with recovery from various procedures including post-cath, bronchs, IR patients, and handle ventilated or intubated patients as required.
• Support and collaborate with charge RNs, management, and department staff to maintain efficient unit operations and high-quality patient care.
