The position requires strong ERP knowledge, advanced Excel ability, and the confidence to work through union communication, costing, audits, reconciliations, and system support in a fast-paced environment.Job DutiesProcess weekly and monthly Union Dues and Union employer contributions payments for numerous different unions with strict deadlinesWork with centralized PTP group to confirm all payments are complete and reconcile payment requests to weekly payment reportsProvide union with supporting documents on scheduled basis after weekly and monthly payments are processedReview and maintain employee union dues withholding, 401k, and Flexible Spending elections on timely basis as received from the Unions or Divisional Operations teamsMaintain Payroll setup in ERP system for multiple union dues and contributions tables; work with IT support for changes and testingSupport data verification and troubleshoot errors of payroll earnings and dues for Union employees and employer contributionsMaintain relationships with Labor Relations Department and Divisional Operations teams to resolve employee and Union inquiries/discrepanciesResearch and complete external Union or Union Pension/Health Plan requests for employee information or verification of payments processedReconcile weekly Union Interface files sent to completed Union payments processedProvide standard and ad hoc reporting requests for Division Accounting DepartmentsMonthly reconciliation of Union payroll balance sheet accountsManage and compile all annual Union audit data requests for Pension, Health or 401k employer contributionsMaintain all Union contract employer contribution rates, including updating and testing payroll system configurationProcess manual adjustments for union-related deductions and withholdings on ad hoc basisSpecial projects as assignedSpecific Details to call attention to.Interviews: 2 rounds, then a virtual live Excel testSAP EC Payroll is desired, but a large-scale ERP is required if SAP experience is not availableUnion payroll experience is requiredLarge enterprise / multi-subsidiary payroll environment experience is highly preferredAdvanced Excel and system navigation skills are essential **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
