Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
  • Neuro background SCI, BI, in addition to stroke rehab
  • Experience in multiple settings Acute, IPR, OP settings
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
  • Ability to transition between multiple programs on any given day
  • Understanding of IPR post-acute guidelines; utilization of CARE tool assessment

  • Follow schedule provided, coordinate with interdisciplinary team, demonstrate ability to meet productivity standard.
  • Good time management
