We are looking for a reliable Part-Time Contract Procurement Specialist to support purchasing and vendor coordination for a mission-driven non-profit organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with sourcing, vendor communication, and purchase order processing
- Obtain and compare quotes to support cost-effective purchasing
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and funding requirements
- Coordinate with program and finance staff as needed
Qualifications:
- 1-2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or administrative support
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
- Experience in non-profit or grant-funded environments preferred
Schedule:
