Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Part-Time Contract Procurement Specialist to support purchasing and vendor coordination for a mission-driven non-profit organization. This role will assist with procurement activities, documentation, and compliance while working collaboratively with internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with sourcing, vendor communication, and purchase order processing
  • Obtain and compare quotes to support cost-effective purchasing
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and funding requirements
  • Coordinate with program and finance staff as needed
Qualifications:
