Contract Program Manager

Overview:

Chenega Naswik International, LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Contract Program Manager. This position is responsible for providing overall contract leadership, managing personnel, ensuring contract compliance, and delivering high-quality security services that support mission objectives and customer requirements. 

 

The ideal candidate is a proven leader with experience managing security operations, overseeing workforce performance, and building strong customer relationships. This role offers the opportunity to lead a critical security program, drive operational excellence, and contribute directly to the protection of government personnel, facilities, and assets. 

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary on-site representative with full authority to act on behalf of the contractor. 

• Manage day-to-day contract operations and ensure compliance with contractual requirements and performance standards. 

• Provide leadership, supervision, and direction for assigned personnel. 

• Develop workforce schedules and staffing plans to support operational requirements. 

• Oversee employee training, professional development, and workforce readiness initiatives. 

• Implement and manage the contract quality control program to ensure effective service delivery. 

• Monitor contract performance and ensure customer requirements are met or exceeded. 

• Support hiring, disciplinary, and personnel management activities in accordance with company policies. 

• Oversee access control, visitor management, and facility security operations. 

• Monitor security systems, alarm systems, surveillance activities, and operational security processes. 

• Coordinate with customers, stakeholders, and company leadership to address operational issues and support mission success. 

• Perform other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field. 

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in business, engineering, security operations, or a related field. 

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience providing similar unarmed security services. 

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and apply written policies, procedures, and training materials. 

• Ability to work flexible schedules based on operational requirements. 

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience supporting Department of Defense, federal government, or military programs. 

• Experience managing security operations, access control, or facility protection programs. 

• Experience administering quality control and performance management programs. 

• Experience supervising large workforces and managing contract operations. 

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar leadership certification. 

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  

• Knowledge of contract management, security operations, and workforce supervision practices. 

• Knowledge of physical security, access control, and anti-terrorism/force protection principles. 

• Strong leadership, team-building, and personnel management skills. 

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities. 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operational requirements simultaneously. 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook. 

• Ability to develop effective operational processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives. 

• Strong customer service and stakeholder relationship management skills. 

• Ability to maintain professionalism and effectiveness in a fast-paced operational environment.
