Join our healthcare partner and provide skilled physical therapy services that adhere to state and federal regulations. You'll be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy to restore function and mobility. Your expertise will make a significant impact on patients' lives, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals.

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate
• Develop and update treatment/discharge plans of care
• Document services accurately and timely
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications include:

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
• Active state PT license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
