As a CT Technologist, you will be an integral part of the Diagnostic Imaging team, performing a variety of duties to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions. Your role will include:

• Performing imaging examinations in all modalities with proficiency
• Demonstrating knowledge of positioning patients for optimal results
• Organizing self, equipment, and supplies efficiently
• Reacting quickly and efficiently in emergency situations
• Maintaining and accessing proper documentation, records, and files
• Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
• Providing care appropriate to the age of the patient/resident
• Sharing call and work schedule equally within the department
• Participating in CQI monitoring as required
• Working within the scope of practice as set forth by the California State Board of Radiology

Qualifications for this role include:

• Graduate of an Accredited Radiology Program with an Associate of Science Degree
• Current California Certified Radiologic Technologist Licensure (CRT)
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) preferred
• Two years of experience in an Acute Care setting preferred
• Experience in at least two modalities
• BLS Certification required
