Job Summary:
This role involves partnering with hiring teams to develop effective staffing strategies by providing market intelligence and trend analysis. You will be responsible for attracting top talent, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. A key aspect of this position is driving efficient recruitment cycles and contributing to special projects.
Key Responsibilities:Develop staffing strategies based on market insights.
Source, screen, and present qualified candidates.
Manage candidate pipelines and requisition updates.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate journey.
Contribute to strategic recruitment initiatives.
Must-Have Skills:Industry Experience:- Agency and corporate recruitment backgrounds are preferred.
