Role: Contract Recruiter
Contract Duration: August 2026 - November 2026 (potential extension or conversion to a full-time opportunity based on business needs and individual performance)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
Location: Candidates must be local to Austin, TX
We're looking for an experienced B2B Field Sales Recruiter to support our hiring needs from August through November (possible extension or conversion to full-time).
What You'll Do
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR to understand business needs and staffing priorities.
Own the full-cycle recruiting process: manage requisitions, source, screen, and present qualified candidates, schedule interviews, extend offers.
Source qualified talent using recruiting tools and channels, including ATS/CRMs, social and professional networks, online job platforms, outbound outreach, partnerships, and employee referrals.
Screen and interview candidates to assess work history, skills, and fit.
Consult with hiring managers to drive an efficient, effective recruiting process and provide regular status updates.
Collaborate with HR to anticipate upcoming needs and execute creative sourcing strategies.
What We're Looking For
2-5+ years of full-cycle Recruiting experience
Strong background recruiting for B2B field sales positions
Inside sales recruiting experience is a plus
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
Technical skills:
Proficient in MS Office, Applicant Tracking Systems, and sourcing tools
Oracle Recruiting Cloud experience preferred
Core skills & attributes:
Strong judgment and decision-making abilities
Business-savvy with the ability to partner across all leadership levels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Creative, proactive, and solutions-oriented
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Up to date on recruiting technologies and social media

Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule: The salary range for this role is $30.00/hour to $35.00/hour, however all state and local minimum wages will be complied with, resulting in a possible adjustment to the salary range displayed. You may be eligible to participate in an incentive program, paid in accordance with the Incentive Plan terms and conditions.
