Contract Recruiter
Looking for a short-term opportunity where you can jump in, own the recruiting process, and make an immediate impact? Trak group is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support hiring efforts during a high-volume period, managing candidate flow and driving efficient hiring processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage job postings, sourcing strategy, and applicant flow across multiple roles
- Conduct initial resume reviews, phone screens, and candidate dispositioning
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communication throughout the process
- Partner with hiring managers and maintain accurate tracking within the ATS
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of recruiting experience
- Experience using an ATS (Paylocity or similar)
- Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed
- Strong organization and ability to manage high-volume recruiting activity
