A growing, fast-paced organization is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across multiple business functions. This individual will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner closely with hiring managers, and help drive efficient, compliant hiring processes.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for long-term placement.

What Youll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles, including operations, customer support, and corporate functions (e.g., accounting/finance)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, prioritize requisitions, and provide guidance throughout the hiring process
  • Source, screen, and evaluate a high volume of candidates using tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed
  • Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the ATS
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Assist with job description development and refinement
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations (e.g., EEOC, OFCCP)
  • Manage background checks, drug screens, and reference checks
  • Present and coordinate offer letters with selected candidates
  • Provide consistent communication and updates to internal stakeholders

What Youll Bring

  • 3+ years of in-house/corporate recruiting experience (required)
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume requisition loads and prioritize effectively
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience coaching and advising hiring managers
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed)
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, polished presence
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information
  • Demonstrated stability in prior roles (preference for longer tenure vs. frequent job changes)
  • Experience recruiting for hourly roles, call center environments, or multi-state operations is a plus

Work Environment

  • Primarily onsite, with 1 day per week remote flexibility
  • Fast-paced, collaborative environment with high visibility across teams

Compensation & Structure

  • Contract-to-Hire: Opportunity to convert after 3 months
