Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and phone interviews
- Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit for open roles
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers for interview consideration
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and priorities
Qualifications:
- Previous recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
- High-volume hourly recruiting a must.
