We are currently recruiting for a Contract Recruiter in Greensboro, NC! This is a fully on-site 5 month contract role. In this role you will be responsible for pipelining candidates for current and potential openings, typically focused around warehouse, order pickers, forklift types of roles. This role focused on quality driven recruiting, not high volume hiring. You will also be responsible for their bi-weekly new hire orientations. We are looking for someone who has experience recruiting light industrial/warehouse hourly roles!
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for light industrial/warehouse hourly roles
Recruit for warehouse associates, order pickers, forklift operators, delivery driver trainees (non‑CDL), sales merchandisers, and sales support roles
Source candidates through proactive outreach and inbound applicants
Screen candidates to ensure strong alignment with role requirements and company culture
Coordinate hiring steps leading up to bi‑weekly orientations
Partner closely with hiring managers to prioritize quality over speed
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of recruiting experience in hourly roles
Experience with ATS and HRIS
Strong communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong customer service mentality
Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
