They should have excellent communication and organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.The Recruiter – is responsible for sourcing, recruiting and placing USA-domestic clinical permanent staff and external across the assigned division. The Recruiter will build a pool of passive and active candidates for facilities through referrals from the sourcing team as well as through other recruitment sources they have identified. Recruitment of candidates is conducted in an efficient, time sensitive, productive, and cost-effective manner in coordination with the efforts of the Manager. The Recruiter will provide information to candidates concerning the position requirements, client hospital attributes, onboarding processes, credentialing and community offerings.Responsibilities Will recruit EXPERIENCED RNs (Registered Nurses), (Medical-Surgical, ICU, ER, etcetera) and PCTsTravel: 2-3 times per month for Hiring Events (may vary per month)Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positionsQualify and/ or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviewsServe as contact person for questions from candidatesMeet weekly quotas related to calls and emailsQualifications Bachelor's DegreeMinimum of 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experienceStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsExperience working with Microsoft Office SuiteExperience working with ATSHigh-energy and passionDemonstrated ability to meet quotasMinimum of three years of high volume, full cycle recruiting experienceMust have reliable transportation to attend onsite events within the local region.
