Contract Recruiter

We're looking for a Contract Recruiter to join a growing Talent Acquisition team supporting a rapidly expanding manufacturing organization. Core duties and responsibilities include:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, operations, skilled trades, and engineering positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and conduct intake meetings.
• Source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for high-volume and specialized technical roles.
• Help improve recruiting processes while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Required skills and qualifications:

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven success managing 20+ concurrent requisitions.
• Strong communication and hiring manager partnership skills.
• Manufacturing, industrial, skilled trades, or technical recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience with modern ATS platforms (Gem is a plus) and familiarity with California hiring practices.

  Compensation:

  The Hourly range for this position is from $35 to $46, depending on experience.
