Ascentria Care Alliance is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support our growing healthcare organization during a period of increased hiring activity. This assignment will focus on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and helping build strong candidate pipelines across a variety of positions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who is proactive, organized, and enjoys making an immediate impact.
What You'll Do
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various recruiting channels
• Conduct phone screens and candidate interviews
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate follow-up
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support hiring goals
• Help create a positive candidate experience from first contact through offer stage
What We're Looking For
- Previous recruiting experience required
• Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Proven ability to engage, influence, and close candidates
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Assignment Details
- $40.00 per hour
• Approximately 2-month assignment
• Immediate start preferred (pending successful completion of pre-employment requirements)
• Potential for extension or longer-term opportunities based on business needs
